Almost two weeks postpartum and down 10.5kgs from the day I delivered my daughter. I’m not as hungry as I thought I would be breastfeeding but still, I think most of my weight loss, apart from baby, is fluid. Sweating and peeing like crazy. Looking forward to getting back into weight training six weeks from now.

17 weeks pregnant. Feeling good and my belly just popped a little bit. Haven’t put on much at all but doctor said it’s fine - some women don’t put on much in first half.

Three and a half months pregnant. Lost weight in first trimester. I do weight training three to four times a week. I’m still too big but feeling wayyyyy better than I did a year ago.
