9:10 P. M. North Station. 35 minutes before my train leaves. I didn't eat pizza or drink soda or sugared drinks. That's good. Here though - Emack & Bolio's super, super premium ice-cream is still opened and Crazy Dough Pizza is opened with their phenomenally good, artisanal pies available by the slice too! So... I write here to focus on the choices I have of doing the next right eating thing towards my dream or, naawwwwwwwww... **I DIDN'T FINISH THE BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE** I accounted for the calories but didn't finish it. So, if I'm still hungry when I get away from these smells and arrive home, I'll drink it. I gotta get some plastic containers and take my measured meals with me...

6:30 P. M. About an hour ago I ate a cannoli, had a nice black coffee and still am some 200 calories in deficit. I feel good about this. At the same time, I'm at an event that just brought in hot, fresh, great smelling pizza. A woman walked past me with a slice. It. Looked. Good. My belly feels good. I feel no hunger. Yet, conviviality, breaking bread with and as part of a group is something with which I am very familiar. I still know how to eat even though I don't feel hungry. We finish here at 8:30. When I leave, have gotten on the train home, arrived home and am in bed *THEN* I'll feel accomplished. I'll write again before I go to bed.

Usually my breakfasts are some 800 calories that I break up into two meals. Today, I was ravenously hungry and downed the whole thing. Now, for me and my relationship with eating, even though I feel full, nice, I still project: "What will happen when I get hungry next?! What will I eat?"
I need to practice being present to this moment here.

1632 cals yesterday, 2160 today...I'm not going to beat myself up in context of aiming for 1900 cals + 35g+ fiber daily. I'm in this as a lifelong pursuit, lifelong change.
I feel good that yesterday, I opted for 1 grilled fish and 1 veggie taco when I was out in Boston. Refelcting on that good choice has me feeling good.

369 kcal breakfast!! Good stuff that I like. I'm cautiously psyched up about today: I'll be in Boston for most of my meals returning late. I know I'll stop somehwere at eat. I will have opportunity to stick with seafood and veggies...let's see
