Woot woot! 🙌🎉💃🏻

Good morning my loves and happy Sunday! May your day be blessed beyond your comprehension! Amen!

This week I tried walking more. When I couldn’t get away from my desk to go on a walk, I stood up and sometimes just kind of paced around the desk or the room.

I almost completely kept my promise to myself not to eat out and to stay away from coffee shops. I did all week except Friday - got coffee from a great local cafe I found near my work and went to a burger popular local burger stand in Sumner with a new friend/coworker, and last night the fam bam got Dim Sum.

I’m going to try to keep this up and try to increase the steps I take & my movement daily. (Anyone else start singing, “🎶every step you take, every move you make…🎶” No? Just me? Okay🤣😅)

Remember to have grace for yourself. Remember that you were created for a purpose. Remember you are loved and have value beyond rubies.

Good morning my loves,

I said I’d weigh in today and so I did. I’m disappointed but not surprised. I ate out A LOT last week and did minimal walking and not a lot of sleep. Still training at work and had my last week of Immigration Law for my advanced certification.

This week the plan is no coffee shops or eating out & more walking. Yesterday & Monday were successful. I brought coffee from home and hubby helped me meal prep breakfast and lunch.

Starting to find my rhythm again ♥️

But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded. - 2 Chronicles 15:7

Focus, Anna, focus.

🤣🥸🤪😅

Learning to juggle full time job, full time mommy-hood & wifey, & part time school.

I feel like trying to apply the Footsteps poem here is a bit dramatic, because I know and understand how blessed I am to be doing what I’m doing…but I definitely think the verse, “But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” - Isaiah 40:32, could be applicable here…. 😴♥️🥰

I am getting some walking in during breaks in my zoom training, so there’s that…none today though. Pouring rain most of the day. And most people know, Washingtonians don’t use ☔️🌂…so I stayed inside and went up and down my stairs until I embarrassed myself with my breathing 🤣🤣🤣
