Hello to all my buddies.
I hope you are having a good week, I am, I am pleased with my weight loss. I like the Low GI diet, I am finding it is working and I have lost my sweet cravings. My doctor is pleased with me.

I am pleased with the weight loss, I have had my daughter and grandson here for 5 days as she is having problems with her partner, so I am pleased that I stuck with it and did not give in, I am finding my cravings are going away with the Low gi.

I have had a good weekend, saw my grandson, I have stuck with the Low GI, I think this way of eating suits me. I have not had one soda all week and have had breakfast every day since starting the breakfast challenge, I am feeling good. Have a great day all.
