Bee pollen - has anyone had any experience with it? I was going to buy some today @ Aldi, but had a quick google first. Some sources said it's an incredible superfood and has all sorts of anti-ageing properties and high in fibre etc; but other sources say it can actually grt you sick and even trigger a full on allergic reaction if you are allergic to pollen OR if you take too much you can even develop an allergy. It scared me into taking it out of my trolley. (I did buy some lovely looking pea flower blueberry spirulina though so I'm looking forward to trying that). So... has anyone here had any experience with eating bee pollen (the pack recommended putting a small amount of the granulated pollen in a smoothie or baking it into raspberry cupcakes!) - has it helped you? Didntou experience allergic reactions? rashes and trouble breathing etc? I'm so confused. There is a plethora of info out there but the problem is you never know what is right or which sources to trust. I'm hoping someone on here has any experience and advice, I reckon we collectively have tomes worth of knowledge and thousands of years worth of experience so y'all are the best resource 😁 Bee pollen.. yay or nay?
