had both snacks at once today. half a brecky wrap with bacon, egg, onion, bok choy and mushroom....hardest part saving half for tommorrow

rolled roast turkey with stuffing. sweet potato, cauliflower, silverbeet and cheese sauce.

I always use a side plate when trying to lose weight. plus my 2 isagenix shakes during the day and a piece of homemade bacon and egg pie for snack
