I have been seriously ill, it was touch & go for a while! I am still recovering slowly, my liver & kidneys almost packed up as well, but I’m still here to tell the tale 😊. During my illness I lost almost 2 stones & was very weak, since iv been recovering I have gained it all back but my consultant constantly told me not to diet while I was so poorly, so now I need to get back on track & get fit & watch what I eat from now on,
