I indulged a little today, eating toast with melted cheese... I haven't had cheese for a while and I've been feeling the pressure of my challenge, among other things hahaha...nothing like a well-balanced diet, and it was either that or Macaroni cheese pasta. I'll work it off tomorrow but I've had a pretty active week, I believe :)

Incredible day!
First time in a long time I spent some quality time with mum and my little sister. We were good actually, eating a light Sushi meal at Hero sushi for lunch with some green tea! Max Brenner was not too far away and I had to share its white choc chai latte with mum & sis! They loved it... it's not like we have it everyday! just once in a while so it was a good treat! Shopped til we dropped and then came home to rest!
I woke up, got dressed and went for my first jog in a long while! It felt good...still got it. I walked and embraced being part of the day! It was such a lovely day today...hope it keeps up!
TO TOP OFF SUCH A GOOD DAY, I feel so happy because KARICE EDEN, a wonderful talent and artist, won 'The Voice' Australia! She deserves it...all that hard work! God bless her. I know she will go far!!!

I HAVE NEGLECTED YOU !
Aw man, I cannot believe how bad I have been!!! I haven't been on for a LONG time to update my food and sport intake *sigh*
I believe I've done a pretty good job trying tokeep everything down but the long weekend kind of killed it for me... I binged on junkfood for the whole 3 days !!!! Feeling kind of depressed about it but I've bounced back since yesterday, walking and eating right. My mentality is coming back and it's only going to get stronger once I get back into the swing of things... I hope the weather looks up soon because I'm burning to go for runs!!!
One step at a time! I even lost track of my CHALLENGE!!! I'm in week 5, I'm pretty sure... 1 more week left so I'll make the most of it!!!

Down 5kg. I'm fairing better than i thought. Just keep at it. Keep happy and fit, and I'll be where I want to be in no time. Just keep happy!!!

Yesterday I received the sad news that a really close aunt had passed away. I feel it deeply but I pray that the good Lord will comfort the family. Be with us now Lord, and with all those who are grieving. May our hearts be reassured that they are in the best hands.
I will continue to work as hard as I can to get better and do better while I can. It will be a testimony to them who lived the very best life they could while they breathed. I will try. God willing.
