I have altered my goal- 70 kilos seems a bit more achievable and if I get to that AND I WILL, I can then look at dropping the other 5 or 10 kilos, depending how I feel and my fitness levels and health, I may feel fine at 70 kilos but I have not been at 60 kilos or 58 kilos which was my wedding weight, 🙄 for many many years so I am just trying to do this with a better perspective and it's not the numbers on the scale so much it is more about my health and what I'm able to do each day and the time I can spend with my children doing the activities that we love without being breathless and leaving early not wanting to be seen in a swimsuit and wishing I could wear my work uniforms everywhere because they are the only things that fit me..... all of these things will be the best motivation and the support that I get from here is fantastic and I appreciate it🥰💐
