post anniversary trip. only thing holding my eyes open are the lashes. puffy everywhere. bad sleep. anxiety. yuck. I have 1 dried apple and 4 beef Stix for my meal today at work. will have eggs n bacon for dinner.

ordered Dr. Jesse Chappus book Dark Calories to go more in depth on the vegetable oil controversy. makes some good points in the interviews. I might just have to get some dice assign values to numbers and roll dice to eat for the day. that will randomize calories, and fasting days. will have to use a food log. hmmmm. yeah I think I'm gonna do this.
