Well I am back in online after a long lay-off. Have had some issues and put on a couple of kilos over Christmas and New Year. Have a possible torn Miniscus, but still doing what I can to exercise.

Still holding very well with my weight, I am happy with myself and also considering that I am approaching 62 with my fitness level.

I have now concluded that my body wants to be at a lower weight than I was aiming for, I cannot physically eat anymore than what I am eating now to maintain my weight at 75kg. I will now see what weight my body settles at on my current diet.
