No overall change, blob up, muscle down. No walk at all last night, stayed working far too late.
Getting ready for travel next week, worried about not having time to get any steps in except the airport, which i will focus on. Finished up most of the tuna last night, working on the last of the cauliflower. Made some tasty combos. Decided I really like it with a little pesto instead of cheese or butter. I don’t care for it plain and I won’t eat it.

Early morning meeting weight. Did a couple miles before puppy class, fantastic weather for it. Love the slightly chilly breeze we have in the evenings. Walked through the park, but didn’t take too many snaps.
Blob up slightly, everything else is a fluctuation and we’ll see where we are in a couple of days. It’s 1PM and i still haven’t gotten around to lunch, kinda busy. May just eat a banana and call it done.
Got a small wearable camera for my friend. Will park it on my waistband so it’s not too obvious. Will also vary my walking schedule so it may be a non-issue.
Caught a swarm of bees in a tree at the park last night. Such a cool phenomenon, this one didn’t hum like some of the ones I’ve seen before, but it was late in the day and they become dormant. Expect they’ll be gone in a day or so.
I tried so hard to get the dogs to pose for a pic and they were not having it because there were ducks behind them. This shot captures the reality of having three willful beasts. You do what you can and move forward with joy. 🤣

Blob down further, muscle holding nicely. Long walk last night, a slightly shorter than 10 hour day at work yesterday, apparently I’m traveling next Monday. This is where I pay for living in San Diego. Going to lose three days attending a day long meeting. It is what it is.
Having a bit of a problem in the hood this week. There’s a woman verbally threatening me and she’s a big lady and walks with a friend. As an adult, I understand there is absolutely no upside to engaging with her, but it adds stress to what I consider my decompression time. Obviously there is something wrong with her, but I don’t need this in my life. Swear I have not had to deal with anything like this since high school and even then, the guys on my team would take care of me. The whole thing is weird. Will avoid as best i can and not engage. I’m also letting my fellow dog walkers know who she is and what she’s doing. Wish she would go back to wherever she came from since i never saw her before and she’s suddenly everywhere.
Puppy class tonight, will try and row ahead of time and make it there for a pack walk before class.
