I completely fell off. I am so ashamed. last year this time I was 90kg for my wedding. Thats 11.9kg in 12 months. I dont know how to start again. I feel defeated just thinking of losing all that weight again and I am strugggggggling to get back up 😭😭😭😭😭

So Happy! Almost 2kg down. Going to be busy the next two days so that should help too! Basically just 7kg to 90kg again, can't wait!

Not too shabby I reckon. About 300g per day is what I hoped for. Happy with that. Already 1.2kg down!
