I haven't been visiting F.S. lately. I've been tied up with my day job and artwork. I put a step tracker on my phone and have increased my walking activity to 5 miles daily at a moderate pace. I don't know how long it's been since I joined F.S., but I vowed to not eat a bite of fast food with exception of an occasional cauliflower pizza with very little dairy on it. I'm losing weight without obsessing about it. I notice my joints are feeling better too. Thanks, F.S. friends, you really have all the answers I've needed all along to make this a lifestyle instead of a fad.
