So the weigh in I put up a couple of days ago was a measure I got last week, so good points, I've gone down this week! Bad points, had a terrible food day today 😣 started out well, then got to stress eating 🙈 sooooo... I'm sending out optimistic vibes to everyone, including those of us that had a minor (or major) slip, let's do healthy!

I've not been tracking for ages, but I'm starting a new job a week on Monday, and I'm going from being on my feet in retail to sitting down in an office... I need to ensure my weight doesn't creep up, so will be trying to track more often again, and hold myself accountable to make better food choices (fingers crossed!)

feel like ive been eating bad, and I'm still drinking alcohol, but achieved weight loss again.... I must have been eating REALLY bad before I started tracking it! YAY!!

Just weighed myself... down 4lbs!!! been really bad with my eating this week so thought I would have gained, been weighing myself all day as I couldn't believe it, (finally got some scales!) but it seems to be true! need to get back on track so that it doesn't come back on :/ !!!
