Had birthday cake and red wine on the weekend and got stuck in the sugar cycle. Breaking the cycle today and getting back on track.

So much nerve pain yesterday afternoon, had to take tramadol. Pain killers = no weight loss. Better than going up tho.

I need to adjust the types of food I'm eating. While I'm managing the calories quite well, the macros are out of balance. I'm eating far too much fat on a daily business. I thought my issue would be bad carbs but I seem to have a handle on that. Avoiding refined sugar and red wine *sob* is definitely helping.
I woke up feeling like crap today, hoping its just my body detoxing now that I've stopped eating sugar and I'm making lots of lifestyle and dietary changes. Hopefully by keeping up my fluids and eating plenty of nutrients I can ride this out.
