So I would hazard a guess that the hrt is interfering with this diet. Total weight loss since 16th May =3 kgs.TOTAL.
:-(
I'm just hoping that it's possible to lose more. I have more important things to focus on now like aging at a rate of knots and prep for an upcoming wedding - MINE.
The low carb diet has changed my way of looking at food but it's incredibly boooooooring and I still miss all the foods I've always eaten.
I'm not an evangelical zealot abut the diet and do have pasta once a fortnight and the occasional piece of toast and God forbid below ground vegetable...

Too bored to keep recording food - it's basically the same every day with a few variations (went away for a weekend) and calorie / activity levels are pretty constant. No weight lost and have remained at 70.7 for the last 3 weeks. Hopeless. I'm assuming now that maybe the HRT is a bigger culprit than first thought.I'm bloated and pudgy - after a lifetime of slim and taut so I can hear the tiny violin concerto. Ha! Meanwhile, I have a doctor's appointment in 2 weeks and here's hoping that at least my levels have decreased (LDL) although with no weight lost, I doubt it.We'll see.
