recent surgery unable to eat properly or record for a week still lost a bit of weight feeling okay.

had a week of no measurement review with dietician to improve meal planning and increase exercise again.

Sick ate poorly from being sick no weight gained but unable to exercise. Back on track this week.

Havent tracked food for two days due to the flu so likely over count for the week.

Weight lifting session de load this week due to a month off recovery new safety squat bar down from 50kg barbell squat to 35kg can increase safety squat on form improvement will complete the week and raise back to 40kg squat

Bench press de load from 40kg to 25kg due to time off gradual increase back to PB 40kg.

Bent over row failed on third set de load to 45 kg next set.
