A day late, but updated weight as planned. I've been avoiding changing the number, as it makes me feel like a failure. I hate changing the number to a higher one. I know it's all part of the learning process and I just pray I'm learning and growing into a more balanced person, who can some day look back on these hiccups and smile. Still struggling with how to fit exercise into a 69 hour work week. Sometimes it means walking on my lunch break, sometimes it means exercising after a 12 hour shift. Working on being consistent day by day.

Haven't weighed in on the app for a while. Still trying to get back on track and working on consistency. Will weigh in tomorrow, officially. Lots of stress lately, with oldest graduating and turning 18, my husband's truck dying, and an impending visit from extended family. It will be nice to see them, but it means rearranging the entire house. Also gearing up for 60 hour work weeks for the next six weeks. Working towards vacation. Going to work on being more active here, as it helps me stay focused! YOU help me stay focused, so thank you!

Well, I'm 5 lbs from goal weight and finished my corset!! I'm so excited to wear it to the Renaissance Festival!! I made a skirt, bags, belt, and hair accessories 😁 It's gonna be so much fun! Need to "break in" my corset this weekend, so it's ready for the Renaissance Festival!!

That's what consistent exercise can do!! Same fasting schedule, just adding back 30 minutes a day, plus strength training three times a week 😁
