Anyone on fs for any length of time knows I can't cook. I bought an air fryer back in December just because and it's amazing. suddenly I'm making all kinds of crap. it's like the tastiness of an oven with the speed of a microwave. I'm quite sure everyone already knows this. I've been making 90 cal tilapia with just a bit of olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning and a dash of salt. It's awesome. ☺

Had my labs redone. Everything is perfectly in range and I can tell. I feel great again. I'll be 50 in June and feel 30. Beginning of January I thought it was normal to feel like crap and it was just part of getting old. Thyroid medication is amazing stuff. It's helped my brain fog, energy, joint pain, etc etc... Yay for me. ❤
