Time to start tracking again and get back on target. Being on hormone blockers for another 7 years is going to mean staying on top of the drifting away from good food and sugar consumption.

The first 4 days were tough. The hunger pangs quit after by day 3 but sugar is such a "heroin" addiction. I want my coffee and hazelnut creamer still EVERY MORNING. But God is good and He and I talk every time I feel that pull to eat to fill an empty spot or crave sugar.
