This is my first weigh in for 3 weeks as I went to France 🇫🇷 on holiday. I gave myself permission to eat and drink whatever I wanted while on holiday but I was walking a lot - 10-15km a day. Happy and amazed to have lost weight while away. Previously I've always put off dieting if I had a holiday on the horizon but I've decided to just diet, have a break while away, and then get straight back into it again. Viva la France!

Hit my first milestone of 5 kilos lost. Gradually losing but it seems to be taking a long time. Waist -9cm.

Half a mango & two spoons of greek yoghurt. Really enjoying fruit & yoghurt for breakfast as I've never been a big fruit eater.
