i guess user chamabanana is right? bcs how tf did i lose 1kg in a day😭 and you all will probably be surprised if yall ever see me in real life because I'm not skinny at all haha

I tried to fix my relationship with food right now, and i noticed that i tend to over eat at night :(. I have sweet tooth so i eat cookies and sweets, do you have any solution for this? I've tried to eat fruits as a replacement but they just taste so different from muffins etc and i always end up with fruits + sweets so I stopped that bcs it made me eat more lol. Also if any of you guys any protein bar(or just healthy and yummy food in general) recommendations i can get from Woolworths or Coles pls let me know :D
