Three months after achieving my goal weight, and staying within 3 pounds of it. Some days it’s up some days down. My brain is trained to avoid the foods that are bad for me so I no longer have to track everything I put in my body. The app was a tremendous help and I encourage anyone who wants to be healthy to use this tool.

We’ll, there it is. One pound away from my goal. The last 5 have taken a while because I’m more in a maintenance situation at this point. We have developed eating habits that work for us and we can stay healthy.
