Let's get back on track :( losing muscle so much and gain fat 😭😭😭 it's impossible to lift weight again since there's no equipment here, only 2 of 3kgs dumbell in new home :(. Let's do HIIT and use the dumbells 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
