finally able to weigh in! had to take my sweat pants off because they were quite heavy 😳 says 209 with them 😂 yes I made sure to take them off last weigh in aswell. id probably have been less if I drank more water and stayed on track, but I'm trying not to get to stressed out because I don't have a lot of money for much of anything, had to get my pills this month instead of using said money on Groceries, definitely going to sign up for rental assistance to help seeing as I can only get by when i have my Extra tax return and I'm still waiting for that to come in. I'm cheap so it last until the new year atleast, but first few month in the new year are always hard.

I went to my parents today and they had a delicious dinner ready, could have technically continued keto but they are gravy hype, 2 kinds of gravy because my dad makes the best gravy and I always hype it up aswell because I love it 😂

Sorry for making Journals with out weighing in, I need to make a purchase for one still. I'm just taking note.

I felt Extremely light headed today at work, main reason is probably a high blood pressure spike, going to get my pills in the morning as I couldn't afford them till this pay.. 3weeks without them.. opps.

I only had Bulletproof Tea in the morning.. no water, so from now on no tea till a full Water bottle down... as I started getting more light headed after I Went to the washroom. apparently dehydration effects Blood pressure.. So I downed my Zero Gatorade and a bottle of water. felt nauseated couldn't eat the salad I made.

Luckily work got dead and was able to leave early. decided today I'll cheat on keto as since me not eating anything yet might have something to add onto this plus no way I'm cooking while feeling like this so I went for Burger king. It wasn't anything too missed, a whopper here and there was my favorite way to cheat. but def more restraint now doing it with my partner. I made my bf cheat keto with me as the deals came in great sets for 2 people.. he wasn't satisfied at all 😂 had to make him 2 fried eggs after.

Anyways I feel better now, i drank another water bottle mixed with caffeine free tea to give me more of a reason to down it. glad I'm picking up my pills tomorrow, won't make that mistake twice.
