Thanks! I usually skip the potatoes but I’ve been craving them so gave in and had 2/3 cup. The meat is oryx! A type of antelope. Hubby hunts and always brings the meat home for us to try. It tastes almost exactly like beef and no metallic taste to the blood of not well done. Only ate one hunk of meat though as I ate the veggies and potatoes first and I was stuffed. Never would’ve dreamed I’d like antelope.
