Hubby suggested dinner out for his night to cook. He always manages to cook only 2 meals a week instead of 4 lol. The portion sizes are getting tiny anymore. A year ago I would’ve finished all of this, a large bowl of queso to start and came home to a couple candy bars. I’m happy to say I ate 2/3 of the fajitas and came home to a 90 cal rice crispy treat 2 hours after lol. Of course a year ago there would’ve been double the fajitas too. Inflation I guess... I just wish I could have queso in moderation at home. If so I’d happily eat my own fajitas nightly ;). In fact, if I’m needing a light or moderate calorie meal I’ll make some chicken fajitas minus the tortillas. Occasionally I add an oz of cheese total but 3 months ago I’d have had 2oz per fajita! I really wish I’d have started out by just giving up 280 cal of pop and my snacks that were 400-800 cal a day. I never would’ve had to get to 1200 this quick I think.

I’m unsure of your WOE but it’s pretty healthy to make fajitas at home :). I use chuck roast or round steak and chicken breast. Just weigh everything and add to the app. No tortilla for Keto, corn for low cal. Honestly mine are better but I can’t make the queso or rice lol. If I could there is no way I could stick to any sort of a diet lol.
