Had to guess a bit but took my scale so meat is accurate. Turns out there were some low calorie rolls but they were mixed in with the others so I added for regular ones. Someone else brought their own meal so next time I’ll just do that. More time to visit and less time trying to weigh and log food or write down to log later. Still starving but I planned ahead and added in a beef jerky snack for later so I’d see the calorie amount and have smaller portions. I still have that beef jerky to eat later :). Turned down dessert too and was easy as it’s something I dislike. Hope everyone had a great father’s day!
