320 kcal for 16oz. Arby’s special in July $1. Substituted Coke Zero and it wasn’t bad! Not as sweet but plenty sweet enough for me now. Can’t figure out how to find nutritional info for using Coke Zero but 8oz Coke is 100 kcal so I’m guessing this was about 220-240 rather than 320. I’ll keep searching as I’d like the macros fairly accurate. Once again hubby picked up sandwiches and I got the guilty look so I had one. After all his ‘but look how much protein it has! I even looked it up for you!’ Has some merit. I needed 30-40g protein for lunch and this gave me 38g but more fat and carbs than I wanted. BUT it does feel good to be so very stuffed like I haven’t been in months. We will see if the feeling is still so addictive I reach for more food or if I’ve overcome it enough to wait 3 hours for a snack or 6 hrs for dinner :). And it could’ve been worse lol. He could’ve gotten me something with way more fat and carbs and less protein! Thoughtful of him to get the kids and I something either way as he usually doesn’t. So if a 320 coke float fits in your calorie/macro budget head on in to Arby’s for a $1 coke float :).

I cannot stand that “stuffed” feeling. Makes me nauseous just to think about feeling that way.. I truly do not get how feeling like an over inflated balloon can be addicting.

Chris, they have the numbers for coke float but not with Coke Zero. It’s new and they haven’t gotten the variations on the website. I honestly doubt they do as most places don’t except for the main thing they serve. In this case coke. I thought about taking a guess based on 8oz Coke Zero but I’m not sure what I’d enter for the soft serve ice cream.

For me it’s more the feeling of contentment and a bit of sleepiness rather than the bloated feeling. The best feeling for me is about 30-45 minutes after I’ve eaten a large meal. After the bloated feeling goes away. Growing up poor I rarely got to eat out but when we did I stuffed myself. Thus making my subconscious link being really full to the joys of getting to go out and eat with family and have whatever I wanted. I like the feeling so much I started skipping dessert at thanksgiving and Christmas and my dessert was a second helping of dinner albeit a child’s portion rather than like my first plate. This years holidays will be a challenge and a test of my willpower! I also only sleep well if I go to sleep completely full. I wish I knew why because it would be nice to sleep well and go out to eat without feeling like I had to add in all those extra calories :/.

Nope, not for me. I occasional ly drink a caffeine free diet coke but I'm a purist, add nothing to my Coke, no matter what type. No extra flavors either, no lemon, cherry or other fruit flavors. I'll leave those for the rest of you. Ha ha! Saving my extra calories for something decadent like cheesecake or dark chocalate.

Now you’ve done it! I want some chocolate lol. Good thing I’m still full from lunch! 🤪 I absolutely love vanilla and/or cherry flavoring in my Coke and rootbeer. I have to have it in the Coke Zero to mask the odd flavor. But for some reason Coke Zero takes away my cravings for regular 140 calorie coke so I’ll keep it for now. I have a horrible sweet tooth which is why I know this way of eating won’t last forever and I’m working more on calories and portion control rather than giving up sweets. At one point one candy bar wasn’t enough. I’d have to add a handful of hard candy and a couple cookies too. I can now stop at one small float (rather than a large), one candy bar or on good days one snack size candy bar. I almost wish I didn’t have a sweet tooth but chocolate is just so good lol.
