Ugh I’m so bad at this. The kids whined and begged for $1 Arby’s coke floats again. Seems it’s not the same when I don’t share so I had to get one too. Summer is almost over and ‘mommy we won’t be able to share floats with you for much longer’. I fell for it and couldn’t say no to them. Not so bad but this time I downed it and wanted more. Yesterday the one was plenty and I almost couldn’t finish it. When they begged for another I was able to resist. Only because I wanted another badly and that irritated me for some reason. I’m stubborn and contrary when irritated. Now I need to figure up what it would be with the Coke Zero.

On the plus side, the dinner I planned will be about 500-700 calories so the flat fit in to my calories for the day. I may have to try and fit in a protein shake to even out the macros some. Not strict on macros but am trying to keep the protein at 90-120g per day.
