It was good :). I love when hubby cooks steak on the grill! I ended up putting half the meat back. For some reason I’m just not hungry. Felt I’ll with every bite but forced as much down as I could. I wonder if my stomach has finally caught up and shrank a lot lol. I really enjoy my protein shakes and one sip told me I wouldn’t be able to get that down either. Have been packing up kids stuff to donate so maybe I just haven’t burned enough energy to need to replace it! I see a before bed workout in my future tonight to see if that will stimulate hunger so o can get the rest of my protein in.

Jen, my old meals would’ve been twice the shells and cheese for sure and I would’ve finished every drop of food and maybe seconds. Now I’m used to eating 1200-1500 when I eat at home. The only way I can go above that is adding in junk food or eating out. Usually it’s not an issue but today I’m just not hungry. This plate is my new normal home meal for me as far as amount and calories.

Wasn’t me Chris!! Hubby cooks on the weekend when he’s home :). Pizza last night and leftovers for lunch so he decided he needed to actually cook. “Trying to decide what to cook is HARD!” Haha the whole reason he gets a couple meals per week now. Give me a break from planning all the meals and he gets to handle the kids grumbling about why they cant always have pizza and ramen. Mmmm ramen. No nutritional value but oh so good :/. Oh right... shells and cheese. I didn’t even mention anything to him lol.
