Ate half the sandwich, 1/4-1/3 of the fries (first time for sweet potato fries so I went a bit overboard), pickle spear and 1/4 of the cinnamon roll. I went in expecting to eat the whole sandwich, half the fries and the whole cinnamon roll(dessert and rest for a snack). Happy to say that the stomach would NOT allow it!! Forced the last two bites of the sandwich and pickle! All in all my 2k day wasn’t near that bad. This week just isn’t a good diet week. Tomorrow it’s sandwiches and junk food at the lake. Not much choice on things to take that don’t require refrigeration and won’t melt (no protein for me lol). But I’m not gonna worry. I’ll be happy with staying about the same as long as I don’t gain 2#! I think this will make it easier to stick to 1200ish for two weeks soon.
