Nice. You’ve done a great job. I noticed recovery has become more important as I become more fit and am no longer just surviving workouts. Alternating swimming and long walks with dogs, may add some lifting to the walking days so I have a structure.

See, this is helpful to me. Not bc i am in any danger of looking like a female version of your "after," but bc o explains why i am into sizes i used to have to be 15# lighter to fit into. You look great, chris, you should be proud!

@ Zorkass2000, in the second photo, there is almost no underwear, so it is a different point of view. Hope someone explains it better (lol)
