Hmmm that’s like 1990-2660 calories per day for me. Nah not gonna do that lol. I’ll just stick to 1200-1700 and accept a loss from the missing 290-1460 calories ;).

I think this paragraph would be improved by saying more about foods to eat. Some cultures have certain foods for different occasions, based on nutritional needs.

My drs tell me ‘healthy well balanced meals’. I joked once that my well balanced meals included meat, veggies, starch or pasta and a good dose of candy cookies or sugar. She wasn’t very impressed lol. Did say that I seemed to need some sugar to an extent but not to the extent I want it ;). Some of the stuff I find online gives general advice but very little in the way of specific information :/.

Hmmmm... it might be helpful... but I think rest would be the main thing to make the body heal. And I'm sure a few treats would help too (squeeze them into the days calories intake)... not for the actual healing, but would make you feel better, and I think if you're happy, people heal quicker.

Based on online info I should consume 1530 (about normal) to 2660. I think I’ll be able to sneak in several treats lol. Last time I was 1200-1400 and lost 5# following surgery. Ummm I think that was a 2-3 week period. This time if I’m hungry I’ll eat :). But another 5# drop would be nice lol.
