Homemade chicken and noodles :). REALLY easy! My recipe changes depending on what I have on hand. This one was: 2 lg cans of cream of chicken soup (26oz each) 10 cups water Chicken bouillon powder(enough to make 10 cups) Chicken breast cooked and cubed/shredded (612g here) 1T garlic salt 18oz egg noodles Mix soup, water, bouillon well with wisk. Add chicken and seasonings. Bring to a boil then add noodles, turn down heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until noodles are desired texture. Cool 5-10 minutes and serve.

I use fat free or heart healthy soup. Seasonings can be anything you like. The recipe actually calls for a mix of onion powder, garlic powder and seasoning salt but my family prefers garlic salt. Bland with no seasonings. I also pan brown my chicken and coat it with lemon pepper then freeze and thaw when needed. I’ve also put in the crockpot for several hours and then shredded it. Hubby prefers cubes and I prefer shredded lol. Remember to stir often as the noodles will stick and burn to the bottom.

This is a double batch. We ate about half and it was 6 full bowls. We have enough left for another full meal in 2-3 days. I’ve also frozen it and it does well. Just don’t cook the noodles all the way or wait to add them when reheating. Super easy if you have the chicken ready in the freezer! My kids can make this :). I advise going easy on the seasonings at first. 1T garlic salt is overwhelming to me but not enough for my hubby.
