Alright, time to change things up. I surrender. I declare defeat. I am - literally - sick of eating 4000 calories! Call me a wuss, but I'm done.

Back to my tiny 3500 calories. I think I may have just made the move too fast, but I just feel gross with that much food... blech 😝

Nah, I'm starting to understand that struggle. Meanwhile I'm at 5k+ and need to go to bed ASAP to avoid eating more.

Weakling pffft. Loan me your metabolism for a week and I’ll show you how to put away 4K calories a day! (Haha not really as I’m quite comfortable at 1500-1800, but I’d sure give it a try for a few days!)
