I can change it up when I’m ready to, I’m really enjoying the crunchy veggies and creamy scrambled eggs combo + kimchi for some spice and probiotics

Agreed this isn’t for everyone. Dieting is like going to a shoe store trying on different ones to find one that fits you. All comes down to reduction of calories but what can you live with and be happy with? I tried many different ones (cabbage soup, master cleanse, if, strict calorie counting, shakeology, slim fast, juice diet...)but keep coming back to low carb because this is where I feel my best.
