My numbers aren’t adding up 😖. Not complaining since I lost double what I should have! However it’s confusing. Maybe I’m not logging activity appropriately and over estimating food. I do know I log mostly ‘rest’. If I log actual activity I gain. FS estimates my burn higher than it is so ‘rest’ it is. Maybe I’ll go to ‘reading’ instead. However these large losses are a pleasant surprise! They help keep me motivated.

Well, isn't that a nice surprise! I don't know what to tell you though. But as long as you're losing more than expected, I'm don't think I'd change anything.

That’s what I think! Right now anyway. I like accuracy however I like losing unexpectedly larger amounts of weight too. I just have to decide which I like more lol. Anything 3# or more a month at this point means I get a treat. Take and bake pizza for the family tonight!! I’m at my ideal now so it’ll be harder to lose those extra few pounds of fat so I’ll try not to go overboard.
