Draglist's Journal, 05 Dec 18

Woke at 229.0, down .6 from yesterday. At home today so I will take a Lasix and drink a lot of water and black coffee. I am stuck in the high 220s, and I always feel full by eating early in the day per the 4-Hour Body diet. I'm not used to that and I'm waiting to see results! Today, I slept in and I'm starting with protein coffee to meet the "30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking" rule of the diet. But I'm not going to eat until I get hungry (which is rarely). I want to commit to trying this, but I am not going to let myself consistently breach 230 if it gets to that. UPDATE: Got to 227.0 by 5pm. Ate a bunch of stuff but was 600 calories shy. Denise came to my rescue with a call saying she was going to stop at the kebab shop! Yes! Bring MEAT, honey!

Good luck with it! December should be a good month to try it out and see how easy it is to stick with. I know you have that "Applied Scientist" mentality that will put the plan through its paces. The little I read online all sounded plausible and healthy enough, not so sure about the claimed speed of results. Can you fit in your lunch/ dinner meetings OK?
