So I traded my phone in and got the new XS. Having major issues trying to pair watch and restoring but I THINK I have it right this time. My watch wouldn’t post my activity but I was able to take a quick pic from the screen so know for a fact that an hour ago I had burned 260 additional calories today. Most days when at 123# it shows a resting burn of 1400-1440. Almost every one of those is 1438-1440. Our smart scale says 1248 is my current bmr based on BF and SM. I tend to agree with the watch more as I do lose weight at 1200 and can lose very slowly at 1400-1500. By lose I mean bounce around between 122-125# lol. I’m not highly active ATM because I’m constantly running kids to practice, watching games and trying to keep my house picked up. However I’d be happy with a 1500 kcal bmr or tdee rather. I can survive on that but I’d prefer 1800 lol. Does 1440 sound right for my activity? 5’3.75”, 123#, 38 yo mother of three with low to moderate muscle mass whose small to medium framed an an ideal weight of 118-126.
