Ate a large sharing bag of M&M’s after dinner. I had the calories for them and I didn’t eat much today. Hubbys days to cook and well, bless his heart, he tried lol. Lunch: undercooked homemade pizza. Dinner: random frozen meal items that had no nutritional info so couldn’t log. Can’t log=can’t eat. He did open a can of green beans and cooked one steak for everyone to share that didn’t want fried pickles, fish sticks or chicken nuggets. My teeth were bad before chemo and now I have trouble chewing most steak/roasts so I ate very little of it.

Do I feel guilty for the M&M’s. Nope! Wish I had more! I do but they are the regular kind. It peanut. It would be gluttonous of me to have another bag lol. Not hungry but I want something so sipping on water and using flavored chapstick.

Didn’t feel quite so bad this morning. Took a nap in the bed and didn’t hurt as much either. Took it from 40 down to 10&15. Perhaps I need the hammock style too. More hip and shoulder rather than back pain after nap. Could be from not moving much or just my normal issues with those on the right side. On the couch I sleep on my left side so wouldn’t know if the couch affected that side or. Or.

Also ate two donuts after lunch lol. Today was full of junk/sugar. Best food day in a long time! Only thing that would’ve made it a better food day would’ve been pizza for lunch and Mexican white cheese dip with nachos for dinner! Hmm... I’m down about 500 kcal for the week so..... 😁😁😝😁😁

Tomorrow is pizza day for me. After reading your list of treats, I think doughnuts are in my near future, too. LOL

Lol. The key with donuts I think is to buy just ONE lol. I bought a dozen so 2 for each of us and 2 extras. Was so hard to turn down those two extras! But I got them from the store so they are a bit lighter on calories. If I’d have gone to the donut shop I’d have left with one that had the calories of two glazed 😬.

I dunno - had visions of having a doughnut as my lunch every day, and ice cream for a mid-afternoon snack with pizza for dinner. I think my inner child is throwing a tantrum. LOL

Doughnuts are tricky, aren't they! This week on my Diet Break, I just had to buy a carton of doughnut holes, because they were only $5! I ate them until I felt a bit sick, then ate a few more! Yeah, I am over doughnuts for a while or maybe until those little devils go on sale again! Hahaha. Good job on not eating if you can't log it. :)

Becc@ that is a problem! I avoid donut holes. I’ll eat 2 dozen and not realize until the bag/box is empty 😬
