Goodness and here I am just thinking to myself, you know... if I don't eat that much then that means I won't have to exercise that much. So I just don't eat. 🤣 (I hate exercise lol)

cindy, that is the problem with most of us here, we wish we could eat more but we don't want to get out of our comfort zone. 🤷♀️☹

I've tried to explain to people I work with that I don't exercise to lose weight, I exercise so I can eat! It sure makes it easier to motivate myself to move my flat *not fat* a$$

Oh, so today my first jog since October. I jogged for an hour hardly breaking a sweat. Proof to me that lifting works the heart plenty. Just thought I'd share even though Keithy boy poofed.

Unless I don’t understand it which is a possibility
This app runs off other apps for calories burnt and there no accurate for example I have a step app that the other day read 16000 steps and the fit bit read 25000 steps which has a watch to get my heart rate so that should be more accurate but it’s not but step app doesn’t do exercise so I’m lost
