Is it bad to go out for breakfast and eat a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, 3 donut sticks and a fruit and yogurt parfait all in one sitting? Asking for a friend... 😁🤪🤣 (Who cares. I’m in maintenance and I’m gonna eat good today lol. Well for breakfast at least!)

No, it's bad if you eat 3x that lol, which I used to do. I'm glad I don't go there almost ever anymore. I could walk there in like 2 minutes from my house ..

Keyten I generally skip breakfast. I’m teaching the teenager about all this so I needed town food to help her realize. She actually did well with the one burrito. It’s the brownie she had that will put her over I think lol. We rarely eat breakfast out unless it’s hubby and I for a lunch date. Just an idea though... I do scramble up some eggs with peppers and onions or whatever else the kids want. The next morning they can reheat and put in a tortilla for breakfast burritos. They say the tortillas get hard sometimes if I pre make them the night before so they make their own. Pre made like that would be easy because you can log the night before and just zap them for a few seconds and eat in the car.

CB me too. I love their breakfast items. The yogurt is addicting. I was up to eating two sandwiches and a hash brown with a full calorie coke when we would go. Now the one sandwich fills me up but not satisfied. The donut sticks were reasonable at 140 kcal for half the order (3). The parfait about 120 w/o the granola so better and more filling. Took all three this morning to feel satisfied. Still way better than before! (Around 1400 kcal I think).
