October 2018 vs March 2019 Jackson pollock 3. 21.8%—————14.51% 4. 17.5%—————14.24% 7. 19.6%—————15.59% Parello 28.4%——-20.93% Durnin 30.2%——24.16%
Hubby says I’m probably the JP 7 at 15%. I say I’m the Parello or Durnin at 21-24%.
My arms, calves and belly are much skinnier and lose skin except the calves. I’ve lost several inches from thighs, hips and waist. However I do still have a lot on my inner thighs and lower back. I can’t see me being 15% when I can ‘pinch an inch’ or more on my thighs and lower back just above my butt. (Lovehandle height or just a bit lower). Man I need a DEXA scan! Anyone know of one in the Enid or OKC area of Oklahoma? I found two but one is mobile and you have to ‘rent’ it and the other hasn’t responded to either request for information.

Even if these are incorrect, I’ve still lost 3%-7.5% based on the calipers over 5 months and a week. Not bad! Not great mind you but not bad. Makes it worth the sacrifices I’ve made in my favorite foods. The scale going down was a nice change but this is better for my confidence just for the fact that it’s not going to yo-yo as much as my scale. Plus I only check it every few months so I don’t worry or stress over it at all! I’ve lost 40ish mm in the last 5 months. Doesn’t seem like much except that now I’m 100mm for all the skinfolds so I’ve lost around 30% total. Again that’s great in my eyes. But now I want to see just how low I can get that. Can I get it down to 80? 70? If I lose a bit more from abs, thighs, triceps and subscapular and 15mm total from back and calves then I could probably make 70mm. 60mm would be pushing it and I’d probably be sickly.
