Going to be playing with collages to save in my pics here. Easier to find I think. Sorry if I blow up your feed!

Good on you, be good to yourself, for you are worth the effort.

Thanks everyone! @ Rosio it sure is. I just have to find time for the gym (after I find a new workout partner) or motivation to workout at home lol. @chris, you’re too funny! I bet if you stood in front of me, at your previous 135#, everyone would still be able to see me around you ;). I skipped the snickers yesterday! Just wasn’t feeling it I guess. Pretty sure I’ll be grabbing a donut, or a quesadilla and smoothie or hitting up a bar today lol. I’ll make up the calories!

You really look amazing. My current pic looks like your before pic, but nice to see where it can go!

Well technically I didn’t work out for a year lol. 15-20 weeks of gym and maybe half that of home workouts. That’s for resistance training. Cardio is off an on even now. With cardio alone I’ve noticed more of a muscle loss these last few months. As for sharing... I share! I’ll share my soda, it’s ‘diet’ now lol. I’ll also share any and all stressors, I mean in-laws. I will fight for my snickers though lol. I’d go nuts without my treats. Stress is down with treats plus they make me be in a better mood :).

Thanks Jen! (I’m a Jen too! Lol) You’ll get there... if you want to that is. I am impatient so it took twice as long as I expected unfortunately. Worth it though as I’ve developed better eating habits! Mainly in portions and being able to turn down sweets if I’m not currently craving them. Personally I think you look great! We tend to see more flaws in ourselves than others see in us.

You look fabulous, your belly looks really flat now. Congratulations

Thank you! @Keilin, in all honesty, I did have a bit of liposuction. They took around 600ml total from love handles, back and belly for fat grafting. He said it would be about the size of a can of soup. So I didn’t do it ALL by myself. I still have a little ‘mommy pooch’ but most pants hide it. Somehow I think that will stay and that’s okay. Another motherhood badge of honor :). He offered to see about a small tuck to get rid of some stretch marks and I refused. They remind me of my pregnancies and when I see them another memory I’d forgotten oops in my head :). Now if he wanted to take some off my lower back or inner thighs I’d consider it lol. (Joking)
