I'm confused. One day you're loading calories with calorie dense foods and the next preparing low fat low cal meals.

The same way people get confused when someone orders a diet Coke with their fast food meal? We're saving calories for the good stuff. 😁

Yeah, for example I eat beans without oil, low calorie tortillas, diet coke and 500-600 per one pieces of cake or donut. "CALORIES" people, we count calories 😁

I have to admit that I was that person thinking that drinking diet coke with a plate full of calories was stupid, ridiculous. Well, I changed my mind, now I am that ridiculous person. 😜
