This would be my preference any day - unless you made me lift weights afterward. Then I have to pass. Which is why I don't get this daily.

I think you are dead on with the banana idea...yum. Three of my fave things! But the raspberries and chocolate are also AMAZING! I just prefer mine to be a bowl of raspberries and a nice big bar of dark chocolate!! Excellent snack!!

I buy the same brand at Ross's’, Marshell’s or TJ Max for $6 or $7 dollars. I just mix it into my plain Greek yoghurt. Nice flavor addition.

Thanks, I never use it to make actual peanut butter, I use it for peanut sauce, in yogurt, and sometimes in my oatmeal. Was cheap at Costco, then, it disappeared.
