Thank you so much everyone! ☺️Not sure if I’ve gained muscle or just lost some fat on the arms. Either way I still have a long way to go but these pics give me motivation. @D, thanks, I didn’t know what that was called so I just put arrows lol. Oh and this was right after a home workout. I do noticed the muscles are more ‘swollen’ than usual after this workout, but no good feeling in them lol. I’ll be happy with fat loss and muscle growth and not worry about pump 😉

Thanks :). Hubby and I did arm wrestle. I lost haha. He uses two fingers to tease me. Last summer he beat me with one. This summer he had to switch to two because I was bending his finger back to much. Maybe next summer he will use three lol. He lifted in high school for years and started back about a year ago so he’s much stronger than I’ll ever be. (I wouldn’t want to be stronger but I would like to give him a run for his money in an arm wrestling match 😉).
