Sweet workout! 26,800# lifted. Could’ve done more if I’d have had time for a break. Have to go make dinner for the kids though. Mom stuff trumps woman stuff. 49 minutes, 154 kcal burned and less breaks. Upped the weights a bit back to where they were before my shoulder started hurting (Thanks Chris!! Your advice helped at home and on the machines!) Not my best workout but a good one. I bet is the pre workout snack of a banana! Or perhaps the creatine hubby made up for me. Something worked. Still weak, but feel great! So much so that I truly wished we had another half hour to spend at the gym. The dizzy spell wasn’t that much fun though.

Thank you all! Happy to be at 10% of Ds numbers lol. I had so much energy that the kid and I moved wood from one side of the shed to the other and manually pushed the wood splitter into the open side. Silly me forgot to turn off my workout app so it recorded that I used 400+ kcal during that half hour and the hour after where I made dinner and ate lol. Deleted that workout and added cardio to my log. Surprisingly I think I’m stronger now that I was last winter(17/18). I didn’t feel shakey or exhausted afterward. We did take it slow though. Ready to go again but everyone’s headed to bed. Another workout might mess up my progress with today’s. Full body too so I can’t work anything tomorrow. It’s a shopping day so we will call it cardio day 😁.

So Dr. Chris is saying I need to rest... sounds like I get a nap tomorrow :). I just feel energized for some reason. Tomorrow is window shopping while oldest is at tutoring. I really should do some cleaning as the appraiser comes on the 5th. That involves moving a lot of boxes though so I’ll wait until Friday or maybe this weekend. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks @Keilin. @Tom, thanks, yes it’s great. There was some pulling at times but not the grinding, crunching, painful feel and noise I usually have. Also popped my back a few times. May have to sneak in a few flies today to poop it again. I hold stress and tension there. Much cheaper than the chiropractor or a massage.
